Terms of Service

These terms are between Your Company LLC ("we") and the business that creates an account ("you"). By using VouchTap you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide software to prepare review requests by text and email, host review pages, collect private feedback and draft replies to reviews. We are not affiliated with Google, Facebook, Yelp or Tripadvisor, and we don't promise any number of reviews or any rating.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only contact customers who agreed to hear from you, and honor every opt-out.
• Follow the law and platform rules, including the TCPA and state telemarketing laws, CAN-SPAM, the FTC's rule on consumer reviews, and Google's review policies.
• Don't offer anything in exchange for reviews, don't ask only happy customers, don't ask for specific ratings or content, and don't let staff or owners review your own business.
• Keep your login secure, and make sure everyone you add follows these terms.

You are responsible for the consent of the people you contact and for the messages you send. You agree to cover our costs if a claim arises from your messages or your customer data.

3. AI drafts

AI-written replies, summaries and imported lists can contain mistakes. Read and edit them before you use them. You decide what gets posted.

4. Fees

Plans are billed monthly per active location, after a free trial, through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month, and we don't refund partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes are added where required.

5. Your data

Your customer data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete customer records at any time. When your account closes, we delete your data within 30 days of your request.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that send unwanted messages, break platform rules or put the service at risk. We'll tell you why whenever we can.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. We may update them and will notify you of material changes. Questions: support@vouchtap.com.
